The CVD is a foundation supported by Saxion University of Applied Sciences, the Police Academy, the University of Twente, the Municipality of Apeldoorn, ROC Aventus, and NIPV. Furthermore, there is close collaboration with the Training and Knowledge Center of the Royal Marechaussee, Royal Netherlands Army, Apeldoorn IT, Centraal Beheer Achmea, Tax and Customs Administration, Cadastre, and Saab Netherlands.
